At Brahma Technical Textiles, our manufacturing philosophy is rooted in consistency. We know that composite engineers rely on our woven fabrics to provide exact structural parameters.
Our production facility is optimized to monitor and control every critical aspect of the weaving process, ensuring that the fabric you receive performs exactly as expected in your laminating environment.
Process Control
Our looms are calibrated for optimal fibre handling. We minimize filament breakage during the weaving cycle to ensure maximum tensile strength is retained in the final fabric.
Balanced warp and weft tension is critical. We maintain strict tension controls to prevent fabric distortion, ensuring the roving lies flat in the mould without bridging.
Continuous monitoring ensures the fabric weight (GSM) remains consistent within required tolerances, and the roll width is exact for predictable resin consumption.
Every roll undergoes visual checking for weaving defects, stray filaments, or contamination. Final roll weights are verified before dispatch.
Finished materials are packaged securely to prevent moisture ingress or transit damage. Each roll is labeled for complete production traceability.
We stand by our materials. We offer robust trial support to ensure the selected reinforcement performs flawlessly with your specific resin system and application.
