About Us

Brahma Technical Textiles is an Indian manufacturer focused on technical textile reinforcement materials for FRP, composites and industrial applications.

WHO WE ARE

Focused on Glass Fibre Reinforcement for the FRP Industry

Brahma Technical Textiles is an Indian manufacturer focused on technical textile reinforcement materials for FRP, composites and industrial applications.

We begin with glass fibre reinforcement materials, including Glass Fibre Woven Rovings and Woven Roving Tapes manufactured for FRP and composite fabrication. Chopped Strand Mat is also available as a complementary reinforcement material for selected laminate requirements.

Our long-term objective is to build a focused technical textiles manufacturing business with the capability to serve evolving reinforcement needs across glass fibre, carbon fibre, basalt fibre and other high-performance material systems.

We work with FRP fabricators, industrial manufacturers and material distributors who require clear product information, dependable material condition and responsible repeat supply.

Glass Fibre Reinforcement

"Our approach is simple: understand the requirement properly, supply the suitable material format and build long-term relationships through disciplined manufacturing and clear communication."

OUR FOUNDATION

From Textile Weaving to
Technical Textile Reinforcements

Our journey into technical textiles is built on a strong foundation in textile weaving, production discipline and continuous technology adoption. What began with conventional weaving has evolved into a focused direction toward advanced reinforcement materials for FRP and composite applications.

2001

The Beginning of Our Textile Journey

Our textile journey began with shuttle looms and jacquard weaving, building the foundation for fabric manufacturing, weaving discipline and long-term customer relationships.

2005

Expansion in Conventional Weaving

The weaving capacity expanded to 96 machines, reaching approximately 1,50,000 metres of monthly production. This phase strengthened our understanding of production planning, consistency and large-scale textile operations.

2008

Entry into Waterjet Loom Technology

We adopted modern waterjet weaving technology, improving production speed, fabric output and process capability in conventional textile manufacturing.

2015

European Jacquard Weaving Technology

We installed 32 advanced European jacquard weaving looms, increasing monthly production capacity to approximately 2,50,000 metres. This milestone reflected our commitment to modern weaving technology and complex fabric manufacturing.

2021

High-Speed Airjet Weaving Expansion

The weaving setup expanded further with 60 high-speed airjet looms, reaching approximately 5,00,000 metres of monthly production. This phase strengthened our scale, operational discipline and ability to serve growing textile demand.

2023

Solar Energy Integration for Weaving

Solar panels were installed to support weaving production with cleaner energy and strengthen our commitment to more responsible manufacturing practices. This milestone reflects our belief that future-ready textile manufacturing must consider not only production capacity and technology, but also energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.

2026

Entering Technical Textile Reinforcements

With this strong weaving foundation, Brahma Technical Textiles entered the technical textiles sector with a focused direction toward reinforcement materials for FRP and composite applications. We begin with glass fibre reinforcement materials and aim to steadily develop capabilities in advanced technical textiles and high-performance fibre solutions as market needs evolve.

Our foundation is textile weaving.
Our future is technical textile reinforcement materials.

HOW WE WORK

From Requirement to Reliable Repeat Supply

We believe a dependable supply relationship starts with understanding the actual requirement—not simply quoting a price per kilogram.

1

STEP 1

Understand the Requirement

We begin by understanding your product, fabrication process, required material format, GSM, width, quantity and delivery requirement.

2

STEP 2

Confirm the Product Specification

We discuss the suitable product grade, roll format, packing requirement and technical information before proceeding with supply.

3

STEP 3

Support Trial and Approval

For new requirements, we support product discussion and trial supply so the material can be evaluated for your process.

4

STEP 4

Plan Repeat Supply

Once the product is approved, we work toward clear communication, planned supply, proper product identification and dependable delivery support.

Our objective is not a one-time order. We aim to build long-term supply relationships through clear specifications, responsible commitments and consistent support.

OUR MANUFACTURING FOCUS

Built Around Product Consistency and Practical Supply

At Brahma Technical Textiles, our manufacturing focus begins with glass fibre woven reinforcement materials for FRP and composite applications. We pay attention to the details that affect real production use, from fabric construction and material handling to roll condition, packing and product identification.

"Our focus is simple: manufacture reinforcement materials that are practical to handle, clear to specify and dependable for regular FRP production."

Controlled Fabric Construction

We focus on maintaining the required weave structure, GSM and usable fabric width for each approved product specification.

Careful Material Handling

Glass fibre materials require proper handling throughout production, packing and storage to protect their condition before they reach the customer.

Clear Product Identification

Each supplied product should be easy to identify through clear product details such as material type, GSM, width and roll information.

Responsible Supply Planning

We aim to support regular customers with clear communication, practical lead times and organised repeat-supply planning.

Founder, Brahma Technical Textiles

FOUNDER'S NOTE

Brahma Technical Textiles is led by a textile engineer with technical education in Germany and practical exposure to weaving and composite-material applications.

The objective is simple: combine disciplined textile manufacturing with a deeper understanding of reinforcement-fabric requirements for the Indian FRP and composites market.

FOUNDER'S NOTE

Building Technical Textiles with Manufacturing Discipline and Composite Understanding

Technical textiles are not simply about producing a fabric. Fibre type, fabric construction, weave balance, material handling and process discipline all influence how a reinforcement material performs in the final composite component. Understanding this relationship between weaving and composite performance is the foundation on which Brahma Technical Textiles is being built.

Brahma Technical Textiles is built on a family background in textile weaving since 2001. This foundation has shaped my understanding of the discipline, consistency and responsibility required in manufacturing. My technical textile engineering education in Germany, together with practical exposure to weaving operations, glass-fibre fabrics, carbon-fibre fabrics and composite applications, strengthened my commitment to building a focused technical textiles manufacturing business in India.

"My commitment is to combine manufacturing discipline with practical technical understanding, build responsible customer relationships and create a company that customers can rely on for the long term."
